14-Day Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In original sealed packaging

Opened or Installed Items

  • No refunds and no exchanges
  • This applies if:
    • Packaging has been opened
    • Product has been installed or used

Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Await approval before shipping the item back

Refunds

  • Issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include clear photos of the damage when contacting support
